The Cooking Class is much more than a simple cooking lesson: it’s a shared experience that allows you to connect with local culinary traditions and spend a day like a true Amalfi Coast local.
In a panoramic location in Conca dei Marini, you’ll begin the day with a warm welcome and a welcome drink before diving into the heart of the experience.

How the Cooking Class Works
The class begins with bread making and continues with the preparation of handmade scialatielli, one of the most iconic pasta dishes of Campanian tradition.
Next, you’ll prepare the sauces, choosing between seafood options or vegetarian alternatives.
The experience continues with the preparation of the main course and concludes with dessert, made together with the Chef.
At the end of the class, you’ll sit down on the terrace and enjoy all the dishes prepared throughout the day, accompanied by local wine.
Experience Information
The Cooking Class lasts approximately 4 hours and starts at 9:30 AM.
The experience takes place in a panoramic location in Conca dei Marini and includes everything you need to enjoy a complete day dedicated to local cuisine.
Included are a welcome drink, a guided lesson with a local Chef, preparation of the dishes, the final tasting, as well as local wine, water, and coffee.
A shuttle service is also available upon request (extra charge) for convenient transportation to the location.
